Manufacturing Integration Technician

## Position Summary
Responsible for the integration of ROV systems consisting of control vans, vehicle, cage and winches, including: trouble shooting, testing of various electrical and electronic subassemblies, connectors, and circuit boards, fabricating brackets and mounts. Testing and troubleshooting hydraulic circuits. Also, conducting (FAT) Factory Acceptance Test.
## Duties & Responsibilities
Capable of soldering electrical connectors, wire connection points, and electronic components. Must be skilled in preventing cold solder joints on all applicable connection points.
Must have working knowledge of reading hydraulic, electrical or electronic wiring diagrams or schematics.
Proficient at operating a digital multi-meter, OTDR, high voltage test box and DECADE box.
Understanding of hydraulic trouble shooting.
Knowledge of CTAG operating system.
Basic and advanced knowledge of hydraulic fittings and hoses.
Mechanically inclined to drill and tap, cut material on a band saw, build brackets, and mount components.
Operate, troubleshoot and terminate fiber optic systems
Skilled in use of a typical personnel computer.
Perform repairs or refurbish electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies.
Maintain records in accordance with shop standards.
Must have basic and advanced knowledge of power tools and hand tools.
Contribute to continuous quantity improvement activities in the area.
Follow and promote company safety policies and procedures.
Production schedule may require work in other areas of manufacturing.
Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.
## Qualifications
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
12 months of formal mechanical training, 12 months of formal electronic and electronics training, or 2 years on the job experience; or, any combination of experience and education with comparable knowledge, skills and abilities achieved.
Working Conditions
This position is considered SHOP/INDOORS WORK which is characterized as follows.
Primarily indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
Frequently working on or near moving equipment and vibrating equipment.
When outdoors, humidity is frequently above 90%
Noise is over 85 decibels.
Light is intense/glare.
Occasional exposure to open fire/flames/sparks.
Frequent exposure to airborne dust, fumes, and gases.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
