## Position Summary
This is an entry level HR business partner position based on Morgan City, LA; responsible for the implementation, administration, and operation of various Human Resources (HR) programs, practices, and procedures related to compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, coaching/training, employee relations and organizational development.
This role is part of the North America HR regional support team and reports to the Morgan City HR Manager; providing operational support to client groups in assigned areas; including but not limited to employee relations, staffing, and employee and organizational development support. The incumbent must be focused on providing excellent internal customer service, driving organizational change, and supporting initiatives and programs that will drive the strategic direction of the HR function. Works closely with other HR functions and Centers of Excellence (COE) in the development and implementation of (new) HR systems, policies, processes and programs. The incumbent must be skilled at and enjoy supporting and sometimes leading various HR projects.
## Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
Requires a focus on tactical and delivery aspects of employee engagement, organization and team effectiveness, performance management, career development and compensation.
Delivers tactical HR services in an efficient, effective manner that reduces risk to the organization and contributes to optimizing human capital.
Partners with the HR functions, COEs and HRBPs in the planning and execution of various HR programs, practices, and procedures; including salary administration, benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
Ensures locally administered HR strategies, services, and programs are executed effectively and efficiently.
Consults with and advises managers on organizational planning, salary administration, staffing needs, employee benefits, employee development, and other HR services.
Objectively manages, investigates, and resolves employee relations issues.
Assists with organizational and change management processes in the region.
Balances corporate, function, geographic, and business needs in deploying HR programs.
Assists the HR team and managers with preparing, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data reports.
Works with HRBPs and managers to review and forecast the impact of people management actions.
Supports the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Supports and leads various HR projects, both domestic and global.
## Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelor?s degree business administration, HR management, or equivalent education and experience;
Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and conflict management skills.
Some travel is required.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
DESIRED
Master?s degree.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
