Acquires a comprehensive understanding of PTS service lines as well as OTCG industry products and terminology.
Provides the highest levels of customer services and professionalism while interacting with customers, fellow employees and other industry representatives working at Patterson.
Supports sales team through generating price quotes, coordinating production schedules and detailed record keeping.
Assists inside sales coordinator by closing out work orders, developing reports and preparing invoice billing for final approval by manager.
Works directly with the Inside Sales Coordinator when providing inside sales to customers assigned by Manager.
Develops required skills needed to progress along the PTS career path.
Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
